A lot of loyalty for a hired gun.

This /ourguy/ thing has gone too far.

I wish someone would deconstruct Bane like we have done Robbie Rotten.

Link?

He is the produc of a shitty liberal interpretation of some of our ideals.

but to be honest I like him.

I hate Batman in every possible way.
and most super hero's for that matter.

Nolan modeled his Bane after the OWS protest if i remember well, and it was the most socialist thing to happen in the US for a very long time.

Christopher Nolan wrote Bane in order to demonize OWS. it makes no sense for Bane to even be the villain in Dark Knight Rises so they had to make him secretly want to blow up gotham for no reason.

heres some more

Bane is a hero but he is vilified by fucking liberal ideology in order to brainwash the masses into obedience.

We've had at least two threads written by entirely different people about how Robbie Rotten is the good guy and Sportacus is an imperialist. Not sure if anyone screencapped it.

Yeah, Bane was a pretty well written villain who could undermine dubs man at a fundamental level, but they made him go full retard cultist Posadist in order to make Batman the indisputable good guy.

the only thing about Bane i didnt enjoy is he sat back once the city had been taken, his goal became only to stop batman, which sort of gave him a populist/libertarian vibe, but the revoloution he led leads me to believe he is TRULY the hero gotham deserved, and the one we need right now.

You're all forgetting the most important point

only if the Army or Batman try to intervene.
Full revolution or NO REVOLUTION

"Home, where I learned the truth about despair, as will you. There's a reason why this prison is the worst hell on earth… Hope. Every man who has ventured here over the centuries has looked up to the light and imagined climbing to freedom. So easy… So simple… And like shipwrecked men turning to sea water from uncontrollable thirst, many have died trying. I learned here that there can be no true despair without hope. So, as I terrorize Gotham, I will feed its people hope to poison their souls. I will let them believe they can survive so that you can watch them clamoring over each other to "stay in the sun." You can watch me torture an entire city and when you have truly understood the depth of your failure, we will fulfill Ra's al Ghul's destiny… We will destroy Gotham and then, when it is done and Gotham is ashes, then you have my permission to die"

Yeah, this is what people ITT are shitting on. You could just as easily have had both characters being morally ambiguous when juxtaposed with each other, but instead it starts to devolve into goodie v baddie pandering.

Thats Warner Bros. seeing that Bane was too real for liberal hollywood and not a real enemy, so they wrote him into a weird dickhead, he is a charismatic leader concerned not with the material of appearance. It is why he wears the mask

Yes but that is just a deterrent.

the nuke was still a good deterrent outside of the goodvbad plot device it was used for. It wasnt a dirty bomb either, it was an easily convertible renewable energy-nuclear bomb hybrid. We dont know if it was armed the whole time, we only had Banes word and Waynes rhetoric. Without the Nuke, murica would flatten the revoloution

If he didn't want to nuke Gotham, then sure.

Nuking gotham was only a detrrent to keep the revoloution alive

But here he goes full retard. Do you have any proof of it being executive meddling or is it just because it has all the hallmarks of it?

False, Bane wanted to nuke Gotham the entire time. (Talia was more or less the true mastermind but he was with her) The "revolution" thing was only a distraction. He was disgusted by everyone in Gotham as was Crane. I literally watched the movie again two days ago.

For you

Yeah that's were the liberal ideology of Nolan shits on a good character

Nolan screwed up a lot of the lore in my opinion. Still a great trilogy though.

yep, it's liberalism

Bane was NAZBOL

Once can perfectly notice the ideology embedded into Nolan's 'The Dark Knight Rises'. The movie has no pretenses about the so-called benevolence of the rich. Yes, they are scum, and they definitely deserve to be punished from their crimes and so on. But if the revolution were to happen, it would be so excessively violent that in the end it isn't worth it to persecute the rich. Nolan is, as we call it in Slovenia, a talentless hack.

They only threw in the fact that he wanted to nuke Gotham to discredit socialism. If they hadn't thrown that in the movie pretty much the entire audience would be on his side. Basically, the people who created batman are capitalist cucks.

With that said, Bane is based.

So you're trying to say Gotham is the trashcan of ideology?

Ekschacktly.

our guy says bane is /ourguy/

good enough for me

...

I never though of it that way. Based.

Superhero movies are LITERALLY the most disgusting trash capitalism has ever produced
