Just play all the Witcher games if you haven't already, first one is top tier comfy then I don't know maybe Gothic 1-2? Risen 1 is also half decent. Vampire Bloodlines The Masquerade is also pretty story/choice heavy. Of course there is always Fallout 4, you can always count on Bethesda when it comes to quality storytelling.
