They're committing an act of violence by taking advantage of vulnerable people by selling them dangerous drugs. I don't have a problem with drugs like marijuana but dealers who are selling hard drugs like Heroine and Crack deserve death.

You're pulling fake stats out of your ass. The drug trade is still there, push back just leads to consolidation in the supply chain, more violence to protect it and an increase in prices. You can not stop trade through force it just gets pushed underground, the only answer is regulation and treatment. It is a biproduct of a developing economy that people use it for escapism and there aren't enough quality jobs. The police are a licensed gang who have completely undermined the rule of law by taking suspected addicts down side alleys and shooting them in the head. Duterte is a short sighted authoritarian who flirts with communist imagery and is comparable to Trump because he successfully used sound bites and wild promises to capture the lower class and uneducated votes.
