The new wind meme grid is either 6 tia bolts + 1 cosmo gun or 7 tia bolts, with the last three slots filled with raph bow, baha weapon that matches the races of your party (usually dagger), and an ex wind weapon (the event weapons like harp or katana).

Have you seen the new story chapters? If not have a summary in the spoilers.
After being seperated for some time, MC, Kata, Lyria and the group from the new Skydom all go to an island that has a wise sage on it. This island happens to be the place that Io arrived at when the team was initially seperated. She has been training here under the sage. If you are familiar with Lastina/Razias story, they have strong ties to Zheyen, the sage in particular is named Zheyen like each of his ancestors. Lyria senses a primal beast inside the sage. He explains that through enlightenment everyone can achieve the power of a primal. He also explains that Io is close to reaching this state. This could mean many things like a tease for her 5* but i'll keep speculation for another post. The sage wants to keep Io at the island for training, everyone decides to sleep on the decision. At night, the group is ambushed by monsters who managed to slip past the guards. they immediately suspect the Zheyens because no monster could navigate towards their quarters without outside help. On their way to confront the monks they are, again, ambushed. This time by the monks themselves, who accuse them of kidnapping the sage and Io. After knocking some sense into them, they figure that a third party must have set them up. When all of a sudden none other than Durray-man himself comes walking out of the bushes. Rackam acts really suspicous and asks the party to attack him. He also reveals that he is an envoy of another kingdom. After the fight he collapses and asks MC to rescue the Grandcypher.
So if you like Io, just as i do, you'll be happy to know that they have something in store for her in the near future.

It's hard to say, it's only been a few years. Some younger characters like Yaia, Funf and Sara haven't changed at all. Funf specifically but that might be an Eternal thing. There's Rosamia who goes from R to SSR and seems to atleast have a chracter arc and grow a little. Changes between new iterations of characters might just be because of differing art/artists.

Actually…Sara originally debuted as SR in a event, apprently she was 9 at the time, her SSR versions though is 11

SSR Sara came out at the very start of 2015, just a bit after her event. There's also summer Sara who is the exact same in terms of appearance and came out less than a year ago. Romeo decides then to actually leave the crew to defend verona from its conspirators , he actually becomes the batman of verona murdering anyone who conspire against its new acquired peace (escalus conspirators), in his little vigilante adventures he happens to be chased by escalus hitmen and manages to escape by hiding in a house where he meets a old man who actually share the same hobby as romeo . Here romeo starts a redeeming arc where he tries to find a way to help verona without murdering people learning from the old man on how to write theatre operas .

The old man dies and reveals to romeo he was actually bill the bard and that romeo should continue his work since nobody actually knows how he looks like , romeo takes bill the bard legacy and keeps writing helping verona in the process

When you fully level a character with a 5*, they get another fate-episode and a final skill upgrade. That's a 20% ATK Down on her first skill as well as the existing DEF Down for Jeanne.

Oh, this is the first one I've leveled to 100 so I wasn't aware you had to do a fate episode for the last skill upgrade. Now I'm a little disappointed, I'd thought she got an entirely new skill with those other fate episodes that were released recently.
