I got it recently, it was an "interesting" piece of a game considering I have been planning to do something quite similar but so far there doesn't seem to be a good modding tutorial anywhere, I mean, skins are one thing but there are a few body replacement mods, still, I don't see any good way of doing it without literally sculpting on top of the base model and skeleton, which by itself is a little confusing.

I have to say the game has lots of issues with camera, specially while aiming, the fact that sticking to a wall doesn't make the character transparent is a big problem in some areas, the platforming could use some fine tuning, I know it is supposed to not hold your hand but the game goes for trial and error in a lot of places.

The camera was made just to make you look at Haydee's ass all the time, and that's why it was so horrendous to play with it. From crouching to climbing, this is also why you don't turn invisible when you're too close, it's just to give you an ass fullscreen.
If only there was a higher camera like in Resident Evil 4, or even a FPS camera, with body awareness so you can look at your chest without having Haydee covering one third of the screen.

You can modify some files to have a "better" camera, but Haydee will still obstruct your vision in some moments, not to mention some puzzles are made for the small FOV, with 75-100 it looks great on platforming, but the button puzzles and all are a pain to get by.

You know what the sad part is? certain outfit mods give her a face, and the face still looks like shit, that's why I wanted to make my own mod, but the skeleton looks retarded and messy.

I don't know, but the nude model really needed a face lifting, yes.
Having played and finished Haydee, it's slow, yes, and you keep going back and forth on the map just to find a goddamn key, climbing felt heavy, because you take fall damage from a 3 meter fall, but it still was manageable, it's mostly about looking at the general structure of the map before climbing aimlessly.
Combat was uncompromising, which is what is needed for a game who calls itself "hardcore", but you only end up with 2 types of enemies, a FNAF reject that will mostly always get you if you don't land it straight in to his eye, and another one way too slow too be dangerous.
The puzzles were interesting, not because they were great (we're only slightly above Bioshock Infinite when it comes to actual quality), but because that they made the map so everything clicks perfectly, every object you find can and will be useful except for a key, but it's on purpose, and if you can't do something, it's because you might need an extra tool.
The 3 worst things about Haydee is there is no replayability (only one map and no extra content to unlock), no life at all (no atmosphere and story is a bare minimum, just some weird lines appearing in the beginning and the endings of the game), a "softcore" mode that becomes a cakewalk once you master the gameplay. But after that, it's a game that does what he's supposed to, a game where you explore, solve puzzles and die fast while staring at an ass. Also, it's only 300MB on the hard drive, and no bugs (thankfully).
TL;DR: The game just works, and nothing more.

Many of the threads were being spammed with fanart BEFORE the full release of the game, and it was speculated that the developer was the one who paid to have those pictures made by several artists. People that were saying "buy this game goy" were rightly called shills, and after the game was released, and bare bones as hell did the threads begin to devolve into rampant shitposting. The OPs sperging out about people calling them out about defending this terrible game didn't help anything. Don't even try to say these threads were good before I was there. Lurking, but I was there.
