Photoshop is fine for general and passable for print, but if you're aiming to git gud at print and print layout specifically you'd be better looking into InDesign. InDesign is more about page based composition and document design which Photoshop isn't very good at (although has got somewhat better with the addition of artboards).

There's a problem with your reasoning: Persona 5 isn't the only game out there. Because of Atlus' refusal to allow for consumers to upload content (And, just like with Nintendo, prior), it takes away attention from their title and, instead, shifts it to whatever game people are uploading and talking about. Numerous titles over the years such as Marlow Briggs and Second Sight are great titles, but went unnoticed because of other, bigger, releases. If larger publishers start saying that people cannot stream their content, it will be all the better for lesser known companies and smaller publishers who allow it.

I'm playing Phantasy Star 1 right now and it's a pretty generic rpg although I'm surprised it has animated monsters and stuff. Even though it has 1st person dungeon crawling sections it's a lot more like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest than Etrian Odyssey or Elminage.

Although there were a lot of different styles of JRPG before 5th gen. Don't forget the SNES had Chrono Trigger that had action-turn based combat based on the distance between you and your enemies. Or Live A Live that had rapid fire grid based combat.

That's actually the same technique I use, except I lock my right elbow during slow-fire drills.

By balancing the push/pull forced between your right hand and left, you can hold the gun steadier for precise shots. Also having the extra mass of your non-dominant hand slightly foreward on the gun helps mitigate the recoil a little and leads to faster follow-up shots. Anyways, the problem that you're missing is that a lot of these countries do not things to become better. The people are charge of these countries want to retain control over the people, so they make food and luxuries a scarcity. That's the reason why none of the people in the West want to associate with second and third world countries. AKs are very durable, but the FAL is just as easy to maintain, nearly as durable, and considerably more accurate and powerful, especially at a distance.

My .02 cents. For "Welcome to the.." text, center align it with the rest of the elements. Since the rest of the elements are using center alignment, apply it to the title as well.

If you are going to play with mixing alignment, center with left or right alignment, I'd see how well it looks by anchoring it in a more obvious way. ie: if going with right, anchor the end of the title text to the right side of the border edge of the wario pic. If going with left, anchor the 'W' of "Welcome" to the left border edge of the mario pic.

I've said this before and will say again. Any practical \ applied art school or courses that doesn't have those, any potential students should shut their wallet tight and run away from as soon as possible.
Buying "The Illusion of Life", and booking or organizing a life drawing class would be far cheaper and have more chances of the students at least learning something applicable.
