The story is pretty crazy and takes a good bit of catching up on, to learn all the events from Drakengard 3 -> 1 -> Nier and then other supplementary but canon stuff like a novel and a stage play and shit. But once you get up to speed and understand a lot of what's going on, it's pretty enjoyable. The combat is fun, but could be deeper. I'm not a huge fan of the lack of weapon-types, but It's a small gripe. Dunno about the PC release, but the PS4 version suffers some frame-rate drops here and there. And yes, you can see 2B's ass pretty often.

I usually only curl when I'm watching a Samurai Jack or something on Netflix though. But i'll do bicep curls and tricep curls while I'm sitting on my ass. I've got a Kootek grip-strengthener as well it adjusts from 10 to 40kg, and I'm up to 30 now So i'm trying to de-flab my arms for now. I'm kind of surprised in the difference I can tell already while I'm working though. Lifting shit doesn't seem to take as much effort.

It seems like that's how it works for me and everyone else I know, anyway. Whole lot of weight drops relatively fast then it kinda evens out and takes a while to shed from that point. Lifting weights helps but doesn't burn as many calories as people think. Running is a good way to shed the pounds, and sit ups might help with that gut maybe. Curling ought to help with that arm flab too. I'm by no means a /fit/izen so I could be way off

But Sit-Ups can wreck your lower-back, and my back is already kinda shitty. I'm only 21 and I've already thrown my back out 3 times in the 6 months. I keep hearing that running/jogging is really the best thing. That's a bit out of my comfort zone though, so I'm gonna settle from jumping jacks and mountain climbers for my cardio instead.

Oh, the diet i've been on though is a low-carb diet. Basically, I have a set daily limit of the amount of carbohydrates I can consume. When I started, my limit was 120. Last month I dropped that to 90. And next month, probably at the end of the first week, I'm gonna bump down to 75 a day.

It will be an interesting week after all

not really doing too much calorie counting. Since a lot of low-carb foods tend to be low-Cal as it is.

One thing I've done to cut back on calories is eat peanut butter for a meal though.
About 3 or 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, maybe a rice cake. I usually do this after work, 2~4 nights a week. On top of that, it fills my protein cravings. That's all I seem to want to eat now is just protein and meat. I've been making sure to eat plenty of leafy greens, but meat reigns supreme for me. I've been shunning dairy for the most part too, to cut back on fat.
