To some degree. I suppose it's an exaggerated version of muh Autism Level. I mean obviously a guy with no legs is never going to run faster than Usain Bolt or someone with mild retardation is never going to be a scientist or whatever, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't get a comfortable life and the ability to do something they're good at.
