I went through the gif and picked out the frames with characters in it. Pic related the number is the frame number in the gifs timeline. Fair warning the gif was compressed so it did additions for layers occasionally so it might result in some not showing up as one layer but assuming this is an ARG the creator would make sure that that doesn't happen.
