Also protip: bully medics whenever possible. During my experiences in TF2 I quickly learned that medics are the most rage-prone and easily asshurt players ever. Tuant medics on death, kill them with cheesy tactics and tricks, and generally make monkeys out of them and their teammates and watch how quickly you see the coveted "My team is fucking retarded" or "That's it, no more medic for you idiots" in the chat

Anyone skilled enough to bhop or utilize any other fast movement strategy. Most casual fucks can't aim upwards or keep track of fast targets so go huff some chrome paint and acquire speed.

I think TF2 is the only game that does sniping right, for one-hit killing Medics, Heavies and other priority enemies.
But spy exists and requires no aim for that so it's pointless.

The post is making the point that actual exploit writers are very good programmers with skills that took years of studying and training and unlike competitive video games, these skills are actually useful.
