At the end of installing the Conversion Pack, I get an error that says BattlefrontII.exe doesn't exist.

The file location (C:/GOGgames/Starwars - Battlefront2/GameData) has BattlefrontII.exe, so I have no idea why it's not working.

I just let it install where it wanted to, then moved the folder where it needed to be

I had that exact issue. It's a problem with GOG not creating a registry key that the conversion pack installer needs, so you'll need to create it. There's a thread on the GOG forums about it.

Is there a way to increase the turn speed of starfighters? I keep having to go the length of my mouse pad just to turn a little in one direction.

The only thing mouse sens did was make my aiming ridicule faster. Didn't help with turning.

It's like that for me as well. I think it's just how it is intentionally difficult. TIE fighters turn more easily than heavier craft, too.
