Also, according to a couple other places I go to, the NES itself functions perfectly fine on an HD TV with a clear picture. It's the 16 bit systems on up where the priority then becomes finding a way to deliver a clean image.

I would not discourage new board creation either, but I may entertain the idea that new board creation lasts for one month, then if it goes past one month it auto extends to 6 months, after 6 months and its still active or cheked in, then auto extend to a year. Something like that.
