I'd recommend giving the Ace Attorney Trilogy a go if you haven't played them. Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice are okay but nowhere near as good as Trials and Tribulations.
Super Mario 3D Land is a good ass Mario platformer.
Tokyo Crash Mob is casual weird jap fun.
Mega Man Legacy Collection.
Mario Kart 7 is fun if you have a buddy who also has a 3DS.
I only got a 3DS to play Ace Attorney though.
Really bummed that Atlus stopped making Trauma Center.
