If you enter MLGREPORT, you get armor/vehicle decals and one hour boosts to xp and nanite regen but can only work for one character. be wary of upgrading nanoweave armor on classes that don't have it. The only class it might be acceptable on is medic because of the shield regen device but you shouldn't be getting it anyways because you'll have no means of self-healing until you cert medkits.

Try not to zerg surf too much. You'll just get into these shitty, low FPS battles that suck joy directly out of your soul. You'll constantly die in shitty ways. Pretty much always avoid 96+ fights after the novelty of them wears off.

Do not hop in uncerted harassers. Coffin on wheels.

Always Aurax your starter guns before buying any new ones, at least in that category. Cycler, Carv, Trac and the rest are all great guns. I'd then reccomend if you are going to pick up a DMR, SMG, sidearm or the like you go for the starter grade (325 cert ones) or mid tiers (650 certs) first. Focus on upgrading your suit and ability slots, as well as getting attachments for your main weapons.

1. Headshots deal DOUBLE DAMAGE, even on MAXes.
2. Bullets have velocity and drop (so not hitscan).
3. You'll see a red cross hit marker when you damage things. If you're shooting at something and there's no marker, it wasn't damaged and you should probably stop drawing attention to yourself while wasting ammo.

Sometimes, base structures will not take damage because they are protected by a shield module. One would then have to go inside a base to destroy the shield module before attacking anything else.

It has lock-on on aircraft and does decent damage to vehicles.

No, it's fun. It's janky af and has a lot of terrible mechanics, but it's still a very fun shooter. There's just a few core things it does really well that no other game does (and probably never will until PS3).

Muramasa (sp?) is the new hotness IMO. Dumbfire is tricky to hit all rockets with and it seems to fire them out at a downward angle, but primary is basically a deci, and secondary is a portable engi turret. Hard to use but is the first launcher TR has gotten that can actually make mags worried.

Striker is still really solid too though. Very high damage output, good velocity, excellent anti-air.

It's a shame so many biolab fights are just 'camp the spawns until they have so many people they push you out of the choke points and you lose the shield gen, then you sit and hold the SCU until they push you back to the spawn where you lose.

Prox is team only. He has it set up where friendlies are blue rather than faction colors.

The SCU/Shield Gen situation is a great fight though. What you need in that situation is a squad leader who can put his guys in the right spot to push the enemy back out.

For example, flanking from the C building across the walkways and into the capture point behind the shield gen. Do it fast, with maxes, and you can collapse the entire push. Consider getting everyone to be a light assault and taking control of all the high ground. Or load up in a sunderer with heavies and go after the deployed sunderers to cut off some of the enemy spawn options. You could even play interference at the next base where they're running to the teleporter from.

Who's going to have tactical tactics created by tacticians tactically for operators operating operational operations when you can just be a giant zerg slapping up against another zerg until one folds?

Nigger pls. The settings make it look worse than something out of 2004, except the world is emptier and sometimes there are 20 players on the screen with hundreds around. While 50fps in a perfect world means 20ms frame timings i've seen it constantly hop between 10-30~ms over the course of a second. All the while the 2 cpu cores it does use don't even reach maximum usage and neither does the graphics card.
