You know, those panels don't bother me as long as they pay their fees and don't get in on some bullshit charity excuse. Those panels are nearly always empty anyway, aside from people who already agree with whatever premise is being shat out. I'd like to think that there's a chance that the retards that would be attracted to said panels might manage to be decontaminated by exposure to people who do not immediately fit their cliques, but the constant demand for infringements on free speech, safe spaces, and the like tells me that chance is very, very low.

I know my friends and I got 3 day passes in late december when the tickets went on sale in november. Now you need to be on the day they go up for sale or you miss them. It was a lot better those first few years.

PAX has a 40:1 ratio of absolute and utter retarded shit to stuff worth seeing.
For every one panel where an interesting game dev who worked on something fun and good, you get tons of no name bloggers and wanna-be e-celebs whinging about sexism and racism. Likewise, you might find one decent game that was worth waiting in line for, but most of what you'll waste your time doing is playing demos that are already available, or spending 4 hours in line to watch a trailer that will be released in a few weeks anyways.
It's important that people start understanding that PAX is largely "hype culture" in physical form. They expect you to pay way too much and spend entirely too long to do stupid shit for a t-shirt or for some dinky poster. – Otherwise, no one should care about indies. They banned booth babes, anyways. If you like cosplay, it's not good place for cosplay because it's so crowded. The console free-play areas are going to mostly be smashfags like they are at every con. The bands are rarely worth seeing.. and their big events often involve some faggot like Randy Pitchford making an ass of himself… Unless you're one of those cunts who actually care about Bald or Piglike or their human garbage bag friend.
