It allows you to modify the individual bits in your computer's RAM. Creative changing of these bits can do things like give you more health or whatever. The idea of suing for this is ridiculous.

Most trainers are just a fancy UI over top of CE. Without CE, most of these trainers wouldn't exist. It's a fucking stupid case though and Bethesda won't win. They probably just want to starve CE of money though.
