I had hoped the sales of the Versus series compared to the main series would have made them put SK3 on the PS4, but the development costs will likely make them want to put it on the Switch.

Sometimes enemies don't completely spawn in and the game is prone to crashes. One particular bug I ran into is when I had 2 save files and the dressing room slowed down to a fucking crawl. Don't know if they patched it but yea that was a big issue for me which I fixed by deleting one of my save files.

What I said was that the 3DS' hardware is shit and wouldn't even be able to handle what the Vita pulled off, so I would prefer no more games to sequels that are worse than the original. Yes, the 3DS' hardware really is that inferior. It can do some nifty stuff, but not the kind of stuff required for fast paced action in 3D environments on the scale of Valkyrie Drive's. The 3DS being region locked is another massive strike against it to me since I import any Japanese games.
Bottom line is that I'd love a new Valkyrie Drive game, but only if they're going to do it right.

The first game in particular as shitty as it is on a technical level still felt like it had a heart, even though it was originally just meant to be a budget release on 3DS to pad out Marvelous' release schedule, and not even meant to be a series with all the characters planned to die at the end. It seemed like it wanted to be more than just boobs with games like 2 and SV, and now it seems to have regressed into pure fanservice with EV being slower with a plot that had jackshit happen and reused areas from SV on top of that, and PBS is apparently meant to be part of the main series and is fanservice all the way.

Granted some series like Neptunia arent better in this regard but the new game that came out in Japan actually looks like they tried since they actually had a budget for once.

It would be much more interesting to do things like have Rinka and Ranka be at odds with Mirei and Mamori because the Kagurazaka girls see the virus as a weapon they can use to protect their friends while Mirei and Mamori see it as a threat to be neutralized. Mirei and Mamori would pose a direct threat by being able to deweaponize Bhikkuni against the will of its residents, which would leave it wide open to attack by the AAA. I can't see Rinka or Ranka being okay with that, and that would make for a much better conflict than just "same shit, different island."

It added some new mechanics like the ability to run on walls and do attacks from them, special finishers with your partner character (if that mission has you with a partner), and rideable mechs. On the minus sides, the gameplay overall is slower than Shinovi, and you can no longer cancel attack animations with the block. You have to think a lot harder about when and where you attack bosses.

Both Shinovi and Estival have a great selection of clothes and accessories for dress up, but Estival has an entire mode for doing things like posing the girls, picking a location, changing their facial expression, and special effects like hearts. The PS4 version allowed you to have up to five girls at a time in this mode, so that's what you can expect from the PC version.

Against trash mobs, yeah, you can spam square to win. By halfway through the game, bosses will tear you to shreds if you try that. Estival's bosses are a lot harder than Shinovi's.

Question: in Shinovi Versus, why can most of the Gessen girls just dash around everywhere so fast, almost seeming to interrupt attacks when doing so, while Hanzo Academy girls handle like wrecking balls? Hibari is kind of responsive to direction changes, and a few others do damage in a complete circle so it doesn't matter as much, but generally they just seem to handle really badly.
