You're supposed to give a speech at a college and a bunch of students and an insane teacher start rioting to prevent your appearance. You don't speak because you fear for your safety. They are arrested for disrupting the peace, property damage, assault, and things that come with rioting. Why would a censorship law be required here? They've already broken several others by trying to censor you.
Example 3:
You're supposed to give a speech at a college and students protest peacefully. No riot breaks out but they might yell slurs at you as you enter the building. You speak anyway, and your right to free speech is intact. Or you choose not to speak because you feel unsafe, in which case you're a fucking pussy because there was no real threat and the protesters have not done anything illegal. In that case your free speech has not been infringed upon because it was your choice to not speak and nobody did anything illegal to stop you speaking.

If the police had to haul you away in Example 1, the government is not infringing upon your free speech, they are just enforcing the store's right to remove you from the premises for whatever reason they want.
If the police advised you not to speak in 2 or 3 and you took their advice, it's still your choice.
If the police, armed forces, or some other member of government actively prevented you speaking with force or threats, that would be an actual infringement upon free speech.

Nope. They're all imports from India, Pakistan, and other areas like that. Imported in on H1B visas through a consultant company, one of the biggest being Cognizant but there are several others.
Now, you may know the numbers and ask yourself "Why would they do this!? It can't even be cheaper!" and you'd be right, in the numbers sense it really isn't cheaper. However, this is assuming these consultants are only on a 40 hour work week. On paper, yes they are. In reality, they are constantly pushed to work almost 24/7. Something most native-born professionals would never stand to do for very long.
And while the consultant firm is getting paid pretty highly per employee that is hired, they are paying them almost dirt cheap. It is a win for the consulting firm and for the hiring company. Why would the consultants on H1B's stand for this shit? So they can live here and send money back to their shit-hole country they came from.
It is in every real sense the exploitation of the third world through a special type of out-sourcing.

Oh, and let me tell you, the quality of their work ALWAYS seems like it comes from someone who is fresh out of college or might have a year, and no more, experience in whatever it is they're doing. Either this is because they really don't know what they're doing or they don't fucking care. My suspicion has long been that they just use google to solve all their problems and a good number of it may be just copy-paste solutions.

So when you see this shit, don't blame some college grad or intern for making these shit designs and shit code. Oh, and because the higher positions can also be filled by these H1B's at will, any opening is never really a chance to move up for the perm/home-grown employees.

Keep in mind i'm not talking strictly games. This is any industry/company/corp that is large and has a large IT/Soft dev requirement to fulfill its mission/make money.
This type of shit was brought up first when Disney fired ALL their fucking IT and engineering departments to replace them with consultant hires. Then had the nerve to tell the former employees they had to train the consultants that were replacing them or else they (the former employees) wouldn't get their severance packages.Yet this story goes largely unreported and pushed aside.
I work for a company that has that same IT/Software dev requirement to make its money. If they ganked the H1B consultant hires they would open up about 120 tech-sector jobs.
Of course, talking to others in these areas you get the quick picture that this shit is just operation as usual now.

One of the brighter sides of indie develoment is that they do not and really can not engage in the same shitty practices as the bigger corps.
