The way I see it, it does have potential to be pretty good. On the other hand, that does mean that it will sink or swim based off how well the motion controls are implemented. Worked well in Splatoon, not so well is many other games Nintendo has put out lately. At least the option to turn it off is there, I'd like to see how the two styles compare. I don't expect it to be the next Splatoon like Nintendo might. I expect it to be the next Custom Robo. Maybe a good game that Nintendo quickly forgets about.

I dunno, all I remember in the game, aside from the two they put in the trailer, was some ninja and I think some fat dude? I haven't actually seen the trailer. I should at least watch the highlights of that Treehouse stream they did on it, but I don't care enough.

Good fucking luck. It won't bring anything original to the table and it's in a genre that was already overdone by the end of the 90s. They could've used the original idea and made it into a platinum-like action game or some kind of team based multiplayer, maybe having more than one person to focus on would make it less tedious over time.

Having actually played this game at a Switch hands-on event I can say with certainty that this game isn't really that good.
At best it's like Star Fox Zero; a potentially good game held back by it's gimmicky controls.
