the Class/Job split is a relic from 1.0 when the game was actually designed around mixing and matching entire movesets
As it stands the entire system needs a rework, otherwise they should just merge them i.e. Gladiator "evolves" into Paladin for the sake of not breaking the game's established story/lore. I would much rather them do the former, but this is SE so at best it'll probably be the latter.

provoke, convalescence, mercy stroke, awareness, and then either foresight or bloodbath

Get rid of critlo. Why does an already enhanced shield need to get doubled? SCH with 1000+ crit can wack out a critlo every 3-4 casts they don't even need a guaranteed proc.
Fights that aren't designed around deployment become trivial while SCH becomes mandatory if fights are.

I really wanted my screen space so I just set up a fuckton of keystroke shortcuts, I actively use Ctrl, Shift, Alt Gr, and Ctrl+Shift.

They really should've allowed crossclass skills to pull from the new jobs. My WHM deserves a better additional action than fucking Blizzard 2, specifically Lightspeed.

Also there's nothing wrong with removing crossclass skills, as long as they get replaced. Giving players a choice that isn't really a choice is fucking stupid and that's 99% what crossclass skills are. The same goes for the bonus stats you get from leveling. The only time there's ever a decision to make about where to put them is for healers taking either mind or piety.
