Fortunately I learned to touch type before I learned how to program. It's actually not useful per se but it makes your work feel easier and more pleasant. I already spend so much time on my computer, so why not.
I just searched 'learn to touch type' on google and there were loads of online 'courses'. I used some light one which just uses some simple javascript. Give it a try.

Might as well, any marginal improvement in speed is one i can use to write code faster.

Nevermind that shit, I can type fast enough with my own methods. I can touch type, i just dont use 10 fingers in the regular methods.

I dont think i will see a performance increase when i switch to 10 finger typing.
