I enjoyed my play through of Tyranny. I went with a mage and killed the two Archons. It was worth the pirate, but for all the hype about playing an "evil" campaign I was a little disappointed. Tunon and the Fatebinders bring law and order, and the reckless destruction of civilian resources is discouraged by the fact that the people will need to pay taxes. The ending and the third act in general felt a bit rushed. The in-game hype did a lot to sell the strength of the archons, so dealing with them in such rapid succession felt anti-climatic. Issuing the final edict against the approaching army at the end of the game didn't help.

So we have another game that needed more time in development and more end-game polish.
