Yeah, I agree to that, the rights of individual human rights aren't really well respected in today's socialist states, China for example, your career is pretty much decided by the state if I'm not wrong, for example if a student shows exceptional qualities in athletics, the person is "interned" in special curriculums to further advance his abilities, whether the person likes it or not. This policy was also used the Union. Such is the life in a collective regime I guess, all for the benefit of society as a whole.
