Is this guildwar worth joining for a newbie? Or rather I should ask is farming a revenant weapon worth it in this event if you rolled fire and can't do extremes? get a ssr weapon sword or dagger then go farm the magna of your choice angel halo or coop or try to uncap said weapon consider this event also has a water katana that raises drop rate and a not so horrible earth axe

Gw weapons are good and can be changed to any element you want but that will probably be hard for a newbie, you could always use it as a stat stick

I see most people claiming they got their first gw weapon after 2000 draws and very hard drops about 22 tokens a run if you host and mvp it and that costs 30 ap to host. That's around 54 half ap pots for a single weapon so maybe around 220 half ap pots to get an mlb revenant from this event if you can't do anything higher than very hard? I think imma just farm angel halo and violet trial shit and skip this event for now unless i miscalculated something.

you get some pots from rewards from the draw gacha and sometimes in red chests . besides you can reset the box when you get the weapon so you are not obliged to empty it

Honestly I'm just conflicted over this event as a new player because my AP pot supply is so limited and theres a bunch of 1/2 ap quests that aren't available as often as a reskinned guild war so I was thinking I should rather farm guild war character mats while I can instead of actually getting a weapon for now and wait 2-3 months for the next one.

Even getting 1 weapon is breddy gud since light atk+ is hard to come by, but you do have a point.
The crew would appreciate the collaboration of points but yeah if you're still too weak you might want to spend your resources getting up to speed instead.

oh apparently it was 1000 draws, not 2000 so thats 2k tokens a weapon avg. so not counting the freebies from honors and badges, thats about 72 runs x 30 ap / 50ap for the amount of 1/2 ap pots which would be about 43 ap pots for a weapon and 171 pots avg for a mlb weapon. Still significant but not much more than the avg last wars which were 150 pots? i only have 200 1/2 ap pots though so i'll prolly still pass then.

I grinded the nightmare raids with my crew during the two strike times, used up all my 70 berries and got all the honor rewards. I grinded the 25AP snowman until I found out that I can solo the 30AP one.

Like the other user said Sara would be a good pick since she not only synergizes Halle, she's also great for solo content. Other characters to look out for are Ayer, Eugen and Korwa.a wind support
If you don't like Halle's playstyle you can always check out the other earth characters and look for someone that strikes your fancy. Earth consists of mostly attackers and "Special" units so you can always find a replacement for Halle.
This is also the biggest weakness of earth, out of their 17 characters they have: 9 ATK, 6 SPEC, 1 DEF and 1 HEAL. Also of note, most of Earths SPEC characters deal damage based on a mechanic like Break, so they are actually attackers with different stats.

Don't be afraid to look at different elements you might find a character more than earth characters.

And if still don't know: Dick pick.

payout for max luck betting can be 1 k crystals for betting card some yakuza mafia nipples won like 30-90 k crystals

take a close look at the scores of each side, do it minutes before the bet closes down and go with the most "probable" outcome, it's still going to fail 9 times outof 10 but you can get lucky, payouts can be small depending on number of people that bet as well, you ca get somethig like, 227 crystals for 1-2 tickets, or you can get 10k for 20+, hell, GW betting is seriously the easiest way to get the 90K needed to spark a character, and that's saying something

Either because I'm tired or sick but, I assume you want to bet on one team winning as opposed for the 3 teams and their order, honestly the payout for that is pretty damn laughable, as you can see, right now single bets will get you only 80 gems per ticket, personally I just look at the 4 scores before the thing closes down, bet on 2-3 results for the top 3 sides using around 3 tickets each and hope for the best, I still lose most of the time of course. You can hold on to your tickets of course, they won't reset between GW's so you can bet months from now when you can do crazy shit like 50 tickets on S-E-N and then cry yourself to sleep for losing, or go mad from winning 100k

If your starting out, and want a better chance at SSRs, it would be better to save your 10-parts for Legfes at the end of the month, and this month's legfes is probably the last one where you can draw Andira.
