Well over a decade of Chavismo, and it still doesn't cover the basics. You need to seize the means of production. Seize the big super markets and distribution companies. Forget about trying to lock the exchange rate with other currencies. Land-value tax. Abolish patents. Copying media will be legal (everybody is already doing it anyway). Give people electronic accounts for shopping and paying taxes with a strict limit on how much you can directly transfer to another person.
