EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD Careful Nature Can't really build a set to min/max for specific OU mons that would be going up against him, but this should maximize his mixed bulk (particularly on the special side of things).
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpDImpish NatureThis is a more phyiscally-inclined spread that helps him off more against the physical attackers of Gen 6 OU that would have given him trouble.

Both of these spreads are lifted from Porygon2 who, due to his typing, stats, and use of eviolite, makes a good comparison mon to work with. Due to Type:Null's higher base stats, the EVs can probably me moved around to tank a few more hits it can't do properly with either spread, but I don't have time to run all those calcs.

Somewhat, Conversion-Z stands out since it makes Conversion actually worth using since aside from the Type-change you get 1.5 stat boosts to all stats, Z-Recover comparatively is nigh useless since it just makes Recover more potent, Z-Tailwind give Focus Energy on top and stuff like that. The issue being that they are once a battle deals and stat resets fuck you over.

Basically, as far as MEMES go they make BALK easier/faster.
