From my experience, you have to actively send each note to people each time, and even then, it doesn't seem to get much in return.

A Google doc is useless because both people need to be present when inputting friend codes. You don't get a notification for being added for some reason.

It collected people who already gave away their friend code so that new anons could just mass add and then post their own friend pass in the thread (and that got added to the list)

If code_sections isn't there, just drag the folders and files from the MEGA link. Make sure Luma has Loading external firm.bin's turned on. Then turn it back off when you use doodleswap.

No JP .CIA, it's just super region-locked. You have to use either NTR or Luma's method for out-of-region DLC loading.

Did you use the DLC NTR method? You've got to create a folder with the app's ID and insert the right file for it to run as US.

You can do the same by using a file called 00040000001A2D00.txt with the text "USA EN" in the locales folder in the luma folder, and run enable the Luma option in the settings.
