PS4 is going to be on sale this black friday (fuck that day altogether).
Question is: Is it worth getting a PS4? As of right now I have a pretty good gaming rig but am interested in getting some games for it but I am not sure if it worth it. Some of the games I want to get like, Star Ocean 5 or Final Fantasy 12 are coming to PS4 but I have read some articles stating it would be released for PC also. So that's my dilemma.

Personally for me, there's not enough on it yet that's of interest to warrant dropping the money on a new system, and the trend towards taking games that were originally PS3, PS4, and/or Vita multplats in Japan and making them PS4 exclusive out here isn't helping to sway me. Still, that's just me, if you feel there's enough for you personally you might want to consider it, but maybe write out a list of what all you're interested in that's out already and do some research first (before dropping money on not just the system but also games). For example, I can't particularly say I've seen all that much good said about Star Ocean 5 from fellow anons, but then again, I'm not real sure how many people have actually played it, given Square had Tri-Ace change content worldwide to avoid causing a shitstorm with the western vidya "journalists" over panties, or something, and people on here are justifiably incensed at devs and/or publishers (depends on the case) cucking and censoring/changing change stuff on the belief that the west playerbase can't handle it (or in the case of some companies that actively seem to hate what they bring over, the localizers themselves find it "icky" and make everyone suffer for them).

Depends. Personal rule on consoles is: "Does it have at least five games I want and are there at least three that might pique my interest in the near future or might not run on your current PC without a total upgrade?" If the answer is yes go ahead if not then wait another year.
Square announced a while back that they want to eventually port all the Final Fantasy games to PC, however they never said when. Not sure on Star Ocean though. That's up to you whether or not you can wait or gamble on a port that might never come.
My reccomendation would be to buy a PS4 with a few of the games you want for it and when you are finished with them sell the PS4 and those games for most of their value, I did that for a PS4 and Bloodborne and sold it for $50 less than what I paid for it, there isn't a single title coming out for it that I am interested in and I will probably never own a PS4 ever again considering it's lackluster lineup.
Generally though I buy by this rule, if the system you are interested in has as much games coming out for it who's current value is equal or greater than the value you are able to get the console at then buy it.

I got a PS4 a while ago, because I like weebshit, and apparently the only Xbox that's been sold in Japan was quarantined and only allowed to be used on a small man-made island off the coast.
Most of the games I want for the haven't been released yet, but are coming around the new year. So ask me then. Honestly, you'd probably be better off with a WiiU, but even that is only going to last until CemU gets some more development time.
Star Ocean 5 is shit from what I hear, and I haven't played FFXII - but if I ever wanted to, I'd just emulate it for PS2. Tales of Berseria looks alright, and Dragon Quest Builders is pretty great. Digimon: Cyber Sleuth is decent, but it's a straight port and is better on the Vita if you have one. Gravity Rush Remastered is worth checking out too if you haven't gotten it on Vita yet. GR2 is coming out soon as well.
Otherwise, there's a few remasters of PS3 games that are alright if you didn't get them last gen. God of War III, anyhow. Maybe Valkyria Chronicles Remaster if you don't already have the PC version.

I think if there were PS4 games other than BB that you might be interested in you'd be aware of them already, honestly. I suggest ignoring discounts and the like, even if they're good. Impulse buying is retarded, get one when you're happy with the library and not a day sooner.
For example I'm considering getting one sometime next year, hedging my bets on some gust games and ni-oh, and maybe a DeS port or "remaster" too, and new ace combat if that ends up as an exclusive for some stupid reason.
