On a subject of Fallout New Vegas and to an extend Bethesda titles, why is the modding scene for them such a bitch? It seems you have to download a billion different mods just to get the mods you want to work most of the time.

I haven't played many actual RPGs (aka, not action games with stats) as I prefer more action oriented games, but I'd say it would either be Fallout 2 or Gothic 2.
