by flaming up their will, rising up revolutionary banners *in it times not any time* when something like striking happens as an example, for sure the most important one explaining and spreading books about how the current system works on stealing and exploiting their rights , and that they should struggle for it.,. it's too much of hardworking but it should be organized and in it time as I said

The workers will be convinced towards communism from their own lived experience, but they will not necessarily call those ideas "communism", and they will often be contradictory and confused with other ideas that have developed in their minds from external influences. e.g. ideas about religion, class, power, work, family, etc. You can only convince someone who is ready to be convinced; someone who has come to communist conclusions in some respect through their own lived experience.

These communist conclusions can be hard to spot at first, they might be disguised in deep layers of confusion. But at the core, there will be a deep desire for change in society, a deep desire to take control of their own lives and have their society take control of itself. They will have an anti-establishment feeling, they will mistrust members of the ruling class, they will know that their lives could be better if only a huge change happened in society; they will gain all these things through lived experience.

When you engage with these people, you have to explain it in terms of what it means for their lives from their own perspective first. Connect with the feelings they already have. Understand how those issues could be resolved in communism. Tie those things together for them. Start from the bottom, explain how things would work at a small scale - like the workplace, like their life - and let them ask about what that would mean for the rest of their society, then the rest of the world. You don't even need to mention that you are talking about communism, until the end. Once they understand the society they need to create, in order solve the problems they already recognized in the current society, then they can say "Yes, that is the society I want" and you can say "That society is communism".

They already do. The young ones see this bullshit fit what it is but lack exposure to the theory, while the old ones are so thoroughly spooked by cold war propaganda they think there is no alternative.

But even my spooked coworkers say socialist shit without knowing it. Just the other day one was telling me about how workers should run the stores they work. Before that another said that violent revolution is the only way we're going to get change.
