You want to know something funny? My least favorite part of the Souls games are the bosses, because it is exactly as you describe. Dodge 5ever, then strike.
I actually prefer the exploration leading up to the boss, and try to get past the boss section as fast as possible so I can get to more exploration.

Like, two years. Numale's sky had the PS4 BIOS in its code and that was ripped out by people that wanted to use it, so we have everything we need for proper PS4 emulation besides a functional codebase.
