The Weimar era had a very specific mindset to it that was extremely beneficial to all sorts of criminal degeneracy.

The financial crash and the first world war were still fresh in the minds of people, leading to a very nihilistic "Whatever, we could all be dead tomorrow" approach to culture. This anything goes atmosphere made it possible for the massive prostitution, drug abuse, pedophilia and all sorts of terrible things to if not unnoticed at least ignored.

Berlin is experiencing the same thing RIGHT NOW, with the help of communist/green politics.

Fug, I read a book on Weimar specifically years ago and can't remember the name now. It was focused on Berlin. Not a "pro notsee" book in any way, so even libtards would accept it as fact. Hope you can find something, I'll continue racking my brain.
