I'm looking for games that have an ending similar to Okami, i.e., you are faced with seemingly insurmountable outs, heavily outnumbered or heavily outgunned, only to suddenly find that all the people you have helped over the course of the game now come to your rescue or otherwise help you.

Really loved how, cheesy as it might be, that final fight saw Ashley literally turn friendship and hope of the people encountered along the way into a power to be channeled into victory, all to a really nice remix of You'll Never be Alone. It wasn't a tough fight, but definitely one to stick with you.

The party members you had before abandoning them will come to convince/ kill you to make sure Buddy is with rando. They go from Terry saying that you're his best friend and he doesn't want to hurt you to Rage looking like a total shit head because he wanted some loli pussy. And pretty much everything in between.
But that vid does make you feel warm inside for all the crap you go through.
