The most unlikable group of companions of any RPG I've ever played. It's really astounding that out of eleven characters, I couldn't find a single one to actually like, and only one or two I could even tolerate.

I think it's far more annoying that he becomes another champagne villain, quoting the most tired usual lines like "I can easily kill you if I wanted to" and "You can't hope to defeat me, just give up" and all I can think is "just shut the fuck up already, I'm going to shove this lightsaber so far up your asshole you're going to go gay."

I didn't have a HDTV when I first played this. Jesus Christ the game was pretty unplayable. And having this asshole call me all the time with text I couldn't read just pissed me off to no end.

Didn't finish the game until a year later when I finally bought a HDTV, by which time I was already level 50.

The vanilla campaign from NWN1 is generally 1-3 out of 5. The Monk was interesting because of his obsession with death and his whole evil order not making much sense. The gnome was a retard who they tried to make smart but he just came off as a know it all asshole and an idiot who wouldn't use his fucking powers properly but the bard's an uptight whore but that's okay since she's not a strong female character and is an actual woman in behavior albeit vain. Generic warrior guy is a generic shamanic warrior guy. And the thief guy is interesting with the stories he tells and he's not annoying but he dies so often he's only mandatory if you don't have lockpicking yourself.

Sten was just as much an unlikable faggot than Alistair if not more. Honestly, I can't think of one likable npc out of the Dwarfs because the Dwarfs were dicks to everyone. I tried to like Morrigan since she hated everyone like I did, but her pretentiousness got to me.
