Half of those things are circumvent able or stopped happening thanks to community backlash, I'd risk it, and GSC Game world isn't run by a literal hive of jews who's specialties are law, it's an independent game development studio in eastern europe, Witcher 3 is the closest comparison, I'd still take it.

Is this even true between Skyrim and Fallout 4, I can understand some of the limitations in Skyrim thanks to third party tools and licences for those tools becoming an issue.
