MUDS

English is not my native language.

I guess the question is are there any muds anons know? Or should we just look at the top 10 and decide from there?

I wish I had the attention span to get into MUDs, they seem hella fun

The latter seems alright to me.

How else will you learn?

By immersing into daily life in an English-speaking country. Just the same way how you learn Japanese.

After that you can play text-rich computer games.

You would replace "immersing" there with "delving" and "how you" with "you would".

Writing/reading skills are more easily picked up online I think, you are generally exposed to a greater variety of words and people will be more willing to correct you, whereas it can be awkward in person.

I'm pretty familiar with Icesus, but I'm open to pretty much anything.

Let me take a peak at the top ones. I've been thinking about doing this for a while.

Are there any new muds these days?
