I will never understand why the method taught for this is so needlessly complex.
Starting with the number in the last digit on the bottom, subtract it from the top 2 digits as you work your way to the leftmost digit.
342 - 183 then becomes a series of easier math problems:
now change the first digit of the bigger number to the first digit of the answer, this makes 342 into 332
repeat, now 332 becomes 232
now add the last digit of each previous answer to 100 since 1 is in the hundred's place, you have 159
and depending on the numbers you subtract, this is just an efficient way of subtract bastard numbers in this example, it took me fucking years to realize I could be doing math easier ways than what was taught, but common core really teaches it in the most time consuming way(s) possible
Player vs Gamer
This is how I use the terms as well. They aren't alternate terms for the same thing, but two different words that are applicable to different contexts.

I call myself gaymer because I'm defined by my consumption of gay men.
Those people are bigger than him, they would crush the real steam.
that problem is so easily solved, you don't need any number lines and shit
243 - 87 becomes
>43 - 7 = 36 (243 becomes 233)
The answer is achieved in less time even if you have to count backwards on your fingers to subtract the 7 from 43 or the 8 from 23.
Common core "fixing math" is like sending an astronaut out to the sun to fix the magic teapot.
Such a fucking time waster. Glad I'm out of school.
You don't need dice to be a gambler you subhuman, a gambler is someone who puts something at stake on a game and not someone who plays games involving dice, you don't have dice in poker, you don't have dice in blackjack, you don't have motherfucking dice in roulette. Similarly, when would you ever refer to a bunch of kids who play something like Ludo as gamblers? Unless they actually wager money or something then they just play a board game. Would you go and call people who play D&D gamblers because they play a dice game?
Kill yourself promptly.
I know Spider man is marvel, but i don't think that really counts…
Common Core literally exists to "end white privilege".
