You can take clean screencaps on the sex scene by pressing F11. I use some of the added functions of the hotkeys mod (mainly, the switch pose with F9 and F10) to put the cumsluts girls in position, then remove the guy from the options (hide male and hide penis) and just take pictures on different poses. There is also a change for animation patterns hotkey (B key) to have even more variety. Sounds like a chore, but it is a pretty simple thing to do.
You can also go the save screen as , cycle through poses and take pics with the print screen key (not an in-game function, you need to paste those screen caps into paint or whatever in order to save them). That lets you have bigger pics and it is what I used for the OP pic. I also have an all white background image that makes things more simple.
