You can take clean screencaps on the sex scene by pressing F11. I use some of the added functions of the hotkeys mod (mainly, the switch pose with F9 and F10) to put the cumsluts girls in position, then remove the guy from the options (hide male and hide penis) and just take pictures on different poses. There is also a change for animation patterns hotkey (B key) to have even more variety. Sounds like a chore, but it is a pretty simple thing to do.
You can also go the save screen as , cycle through poses and take pics with the print screen key (not an in-game function, you need to paste those screen caps into paint or whatever in order to save them). That lets you have bigger pics and it is what I used for the OP pic. I also have an all white background image that makes things more simple.

There is a 32 pantyhose mod, a lara croft set, some DOA and high fantasy bikini sets, a bunch of eye shadows and that's about it. The game will probably come with some horns, wings, cat ears and shit of the like, but nothing like that available at the moment. You can use the hair band to make improvised horns as the accessory systems is pretty versatile, but that's about it.
All of those mods are included on the Mod Pack and all of them came from Hongfire.
I'm checking the Chinese forum right now, those guys usually make a lot of stuff, but the demo came out not that long ago and it might get another update, so not a lot of people is working on it right now. Let's see what I can find (a better pussy would be great).

It is better to get the hotkeys mod and manually cycle the animations, there is even a lay down kissing (for a total of three kissing positions), no idea how to unlock that either.

Getting fingering and stand kissing isn't that hard. Don't expect a lot more from the demo, if SBPR is anything to go by, there will be plenty of animations.

The translation patch doesn't quite work, I tried messing with it, and the file structure to get it to work but nothing.
Although, if you get the modpack it contains a fixed translation patch/settings (title screen isn't translated, but mostly everything else is once u start).

Pretty good/10. Here are some samples. You can partially remove upper cloths, bra, panties and lower clothes individually, most pantyhose can be partially removed too. Then you can remove accessories individually and have 3 active cloth sets per character. Probably the best game on that aspect so far.

Related to the OP. Version 1.1.1 got released today, apparently it is mostly about bug fixes, can't confirm if current mods work with that version, I will give it a try tomorrow, might even put together a new mod pack.

Face making is pretty flexible, we need more outlines though. The Laura doesn't look asian, the eyes are pretty spot on, but the lower cheek area and the chin are just not right. Squarer faces (like my loli vivian) can be done pretty nicely.
My samus is based on the SSB4 Zero Suit Samus and I'd say that's pretty close too while not really being an Asian face.

Slide unlockers are bound to happen, the problem is that, if SBPR is anything to go by, the slide unlocker will actually end up being a wider range for the slides, it sort of lets you do the same thing, but it ends up altering how the older models look.

Press F1 to open the option menu (there is an on-screen button for that, but the shortcut is more handy) and select "hide male" and "hide penis"… or leave a glowing censored penis floating about, your choice.

The options screen should get translated by the patch. Only the sound section is fucked, but there is nothing that relevant there.

I feel like I might have messed up somewhere. The only slider that realistically works when making a grill is the breast size, which makes them droop or perk. Nothing else works.
