I'm not sure. I watched my friend pull up a menu full of items that could expire or be permanent? From what I could tell you could earn an item over time or something.

Unless you're talking about items that expire over time like enchant scrolls and things, then all I can think of is it might be one of the new events or gachapons that I haven't touched.

I would absolutely love to delve deeper into this wondorous slow paced MMO but goddamn EDF 4.1 just got released on steam so yeah.
