US appeals court says Trump’s travel ban motivated by 'religious intolerance'
Now look at this gem:
> International Refugee Assistance Project and the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society claimed that they had committed significant resources to dealing with the consequences of the second executive order, and that “they will suffer direct financial injury from the anticipated reduction in refugee cases.” THERE IT IS Treasure that, because that's about as blatant as it gets from the media. Oy vey, this is bad because we lose business! Unbelievable.
Not surprising since I always assumed this would end up in the Supreme Court. That said, when the next large scale terrorist attack occurs on US soil and the terrorists come from one of these countries, it should be fun to see the judges try and squirm when people come for them.

They must be running out of competent goyim if they're starting to do their own dirty work. This is good!

Every drop of U.S. blood that the muslim vermin spill during ramadan is on their hands.

The supreme court that had a bunch of people who's demographics benefit from affirmative action say that Affirmative action is constitutional?
Christopher James
Theyjust admitted that a reduction in refugees is bad for them. Is someone responsible for reimburstment if the refugee crisis ends of its own accord, like due to stability? The argument holds no water and they are responsible for their own bad investments, they've had over a year to prepare after all.
Luis Murphy
How is this real

I'm so fucking tired of judges that blatantly ignore the laws and the constitution and pretend it says whatever they want
FREEDOM OF RELIGION ONLY APPLIES TO US SOIL. FOREIGNERS ON FOREIGN SOIL DO NOT HAVE 1A RIGHTS For fucks sake, the law says that the president can ban any group from entry. ANY GROUP.
It's so batshit the way the law system works. The whole thing is nothing but a giant trust fall. You have to trust that all the judges are willing to actually uphold the law.

It doesn't matter what it's fucking "motivated" by as long as it doesn't explicitly state, "IF YER A FUKKEN RAG HEAD SAND NIGGER ISLAM GOAT FUCKING FAGGOT, THEN YA'LL CAN FUCK OFF OUTTA HERE" then it doesn't matter.
