First of all, you uneducated nigger, the Earth is not like a top spinning on a surface. It doesn't need a "gyroscopic base" because there is no gravitational force pulling it "down" (towards Antarctica?) Even if that was the way things spinning in a vacuum worked, the mass of Antarctica is negligible compared to that of the rest of the Earth.
