Any game recommendation? Recently just beat GTA San Andreas on my tablet, nice story and controller support is nice. Is there any good games you recently played? And do you use your controller for games?
Pic unrelated I hope

No
Emulators
Devil's attourney
Fucking play Valkyrie Crusade niggers i need more comrades.
I just run emulators. Platformers/Action games are unplayable without a controller, so I just stick to RPGs on the SNES/Game Boy.
Here's a list of what i like on Android
cube platformer
Autorunner with a color twist
Grid based dungeon crawler
C64 inspired up to down shooter, easily the best android game out there
A hitman spinoff
Same as itbwas on consoles, pretty
Space Dandy/Galaga crossover. Filled to the brim with content and unlockable ship parts
>Defense of Fortune 2
Havent played much of it but so far its a fun resource management/srpg hybrid
You know this
KoDP and Banner Saga are both on android and IOS.
...
it amazes me, limited Gameboy hardware was very limited, but old portable games demolish modern phone games.
why are these devs so bad at into games, it's like none of them give a shit. or read.
oh and doorkickers is on android, you should get it

Nigger i can get perfect ranks in games like Medal of Honor in a phone. Get gud.
Kindly remove yourself from LIFE

Redcon is alright (costs like 5 bux I think) - strategy artillery game 8/10
All the pixel dungeon games are good and free - randomly generated dungeon crawler 10/10
Sword and glory is good it gets hard late game and is also free - rpg, swordfighter 9/10
Uniwar is good but kind of short also free (has online play I think) -turn based strategy 8/10
The town beta is good and free - sim city type builder 8/10
Stockman dismounting is alright and free - physics based damage score game about damaging a stick man from stunts 7/10
Peace keeper is alright kind of short and free - defense shooter game 6/10
Age of civilization is fun and sort of free - an extremely simplistic world conquerer sim 9/10
Atomic bomber - simplistic arcade like game that looks like it's done In ms paint about bombing things like tanks and buidlings for points that's also free 6/10
I was looking at buying imperium galatica 2, rebuild 3 gangs of deadsville, battlestation: harbringer and some others those all cost money but you get a full game I hope and look fun. I have allot of down time at work
Some of these games were flash games before you can play for free online though
What's the best way to connect a Wii remote to an Android right now? There used to be that Wiimote Controller app, but that apparently got pulled from the app store.
Preferably with support for nunchuck/classic controller attachments, so I can use a joystick?
Because, it's about
The Neo Turf Masters mobile port is pretty good. The touchscreen controls work well and everything isn't as cluttered compared to emulating it.
Oh and you don't have a time limit to make your shots, so you don't have to rush.
...
alright then.
Anyone know of must play vidya that can be emulated and played properly on a touchscreen?
KOTOR is available for android right? Has anyone tried it?
Card/turn based games are perfect for touchscreen
Pokemon rom hacks
But pretty much any turn based RPG
I'm talking specific ones though, because I don't play any RPG normally. At all. I don't think I've even beaten a turn-based vidya in my life, ever.
I know you can get heroes of might and magic 3 for androids. Requires a relatively large screen to play properly, but i recommend it.
I'm getting tired of coming to Android threads to recommend Pinball Arcade.
Threads like this used to be rare, i think.
It feels like we have an android thread 3 times a week now.
And still, no one has ever come up with an online action multiplayer game to recommend me.
I bought an Xperia Play. Its a dedicated handheld for use on the shitter, emulation works perfectly with the right emuilators. I have everything I want worked out except Sega Genesis unfortunately but I am looking into that. Can list, maybe later though as I am tired now
I've been sort of eyeballing it even though I've got it on PC.
I will say that having only to pay a dollar for a competent port of Carmageddon is great. It's probably the best game I picked up for my phone.
Emulators that work perfectly with Xperia Play (and generally anything more powerful), all free and mostly FOSS (not on f-droid though)
SNES9x, Super Nintendo
explusalpha.com
.emu series FREE (the opensource no ads version), Nintendo, Gameboy/Advance, etc

GenPlusDroid, Genesis/Master System/CD

Also I really enjoy the Sonic ports. They actually redrew the game in 16:9 ratio
Crazy Taxi is also fun as fuck, I like the gyro controls though I havent tried it on my Xperia Play. Real fun on touchscreen as it only really needs 1 button
Minecraft Portable is great though it wont run on my shit
Terraria too fuckin hell, but great port regardless
Shovel Knight and Hotline Miami look cool but are way too expensive, might just pirate them
How the fuck do you do a Crazy Boost on the phone?
I only tried it casually so don't know, how was it done on Dreamcast? The instructions make it sound like I am supposed to use a controller specifically for the game (like a wheel with pedals)
While in reverse, shift forward and hit the gas, one after the other quickly.
You could do it while moving by letting go of the gas, switching to reverse for a second, switching to forward, and hitting the gas.
I pirated the phone version, and I found that I had absolutely no gas pedal that was independent of the shifter. I remember them just putting the shifter graphic on the screen, and holding shift-forward also acted as the gas pedal. In the real Crazy Taxi, there is a gas, brake, reverse-shift, and forward-shift.
There's a lot of trick-moves in Crazy Taxi, you should check a guide on gamefaqs and emulate it on your PC. It's an awesome game.
No need for a steering wheel if you don't want to. For a 360 controller, just set reverse to A and forward to B, with the triggers being Gas/Brake as usual.
The ultimate rank is to get $20,000 dollars in an arcade run. You really need all those tricks to get there.
Geez
What is the definitive version?
how the fuck i wasn't aware of this

If you ask me, I'd say the Dreamcast version.
But that's only because I don't like the sound mixing in some of the more recent ports, like the PS3/360 version, I feel like the sfx are drowning out the music and voices in those.
There's really nothing wrong with any of them, in terms of gameplay. And not many other people seem to notice or care about the sound like I do.
Dreamcast is also really easy to emulate, so it's a pretty accessible option.
Thanks a lot user I have been wondering about the differences between the mobile game for awhile now so it really is a good time to check it out
I've got it. I haven't played a ton, just dicked around on Tauris, but so far so good. Touch controls aren't bad and fit the whole turn based with pause pretty well. I don't recall it crashing but take that with a grain of salt as I only played for a little while.
My galaxy s6 doesn't work with my 360 controller. Seems someone else had the same problem with no solution. Any ideas?
You Realize Android/ARM is trash and get an Intel Atom based tablet instead
And yes, I do understand modern Android devices can emulate many games and play them flawlessly, hell, the goldsrc engine was rewritten for Android and it plays Half-Life 1 native flawlessly. But Atom devices are significantly more superior. You can actually play PC games on these things too.
Aww, it doesn't support touch controls.
