In one of the threads it was discovered that the responding officer had ties to Podesta. What should be investigated is which hospital Seth was transported to, the attending nurses, physicians, EMT, police etc. Since he was alive on scene and the shots missed his vital organs there is a good chance he was murdered en route or in the hospital.

The thing that stuck me most about this article is this:

Joe Capone was going with the democratic narrative that an outside source might have been involved. If Joe Capone had ties to the DNC, he's parroting the DNC narrative, and Seth Rich was the one stealing the information, why would Joe Capone claim Seth Rich was worried about foreign actors?

Found some information on the Hospital. Medstar Washington Hospital center recieved its largest donation from Harold and Nancy Zirkin, who are involved with the leadership council on civil and human rights. They gave the hospital 10 Million dollars in 2015. After some more digging I found that Harold Zirkin was a contributor to the Clintons during the campaign. I am trying to find more connections between them, it sounds like Seth went to a liberal controlled hospital. McCarthy went into a liberal controlled hospital and never came out either.

In general, getting into a hospital is easy. Then the ED might have a badge you need to use to automatically open the locked doors. But nobody gives a fuck, from personal experience, and if you walk in behind someone while the doors are still lingering open, no one is even going to notice. If you're having a really hard time about this, wander around the halls of the hospital near the walkway into the ED and wait for a medical team to come by and go in, and just scoot in behind them.

After you're in, you can go around and try to get the names of staff working there. Doctors and nurses especially, but even the other peons can be useful here too. Just go around with fucking google glasses or just memorize and write down the names from badges. This would at least be an important first step: find out who works there in the ED and who to talk to.

Yeah, that parts a bit conflicting. We're being told that he survived the attack, which wouldn't seem to make sense if these were hilldog/DNC assassins. I have been in technology for twenty years. There is nothing more terrifying than losing a flash drive that you failed to encrypt. I believe that is what likely may have happened, and that is why we see the latest DNC leak. Even worse, there is enough data to presume that one certain individual was the keeper of that flash drive, although I cannot be certain.

What’s really going on here?

I am not one to comb through other people’s stuff, but this was leaked to the whole world, not an email sent to the wrong person. The data that might be in a leak like this could change the election. It is better to look through it so I can understand what is in there. So, I did. I downloaded the leaked file, all 600 Meg worth. Extracted it in a safe container that it could not get out of and started digging. What I found was TERRIFYING to me.

As a Technology professional myself I saw an eerie resemblance to something I see almost every day. Random files scattered in one folder with dates that range over a period of years. No real structure, no organization, no real thought in the layout of the files.

The folder is full of files that are too large to email, conveniently ready to be printed (PDF), and they are often zipped up to save space (compressed). I see database exports, files that would need to be put on a flash drive to move from one system to another, documents ready to printed or ready to shared on an overhead projector for presentation.

Incompetence, Negligence or Malice?
I see what could be the inside of one of my own flash drives. That is what is terrifying, this leak shows how careless handling of a flash drive can cause real problems for an organization.

The worst part is I found an email, inside of a text file called “exception.txt” It appears to be a text only copy of an email exchange between DNC Senior System Administrator, Ian Reynolds and the company that handled network security scans.

It is called “exception” because they apparently had to get an exception for a possible problem the company found. The details of the email are not at all sinister. The fact that the email was saved in this fashion means it was somehow important enough to backup on a flash drive or needed to be moved to an off-net system to create a paper trail for audit purposes.

Based on that email you might presume that Ian Reynolds is likely connected to this leak at some level or another. Either due to incompetence, negligence or malice. Why do I say that?

An email exchange between Mr. Reynolds and the security company would only be accessible by him. No one else could get this email, unless of course, he forwarded it or a Systems Administrator used their rights to get to the email.

Questions raised

Which is POSSIBLE, but why would someone only save his part of the email? To frame him, not likely, but still possible. It is also possible that the email was put on the drive and the drive was owned by someone else, but the data on the drive is consistent with what you would find on a System Admin’s flash drive.

To definitively draw a conclusion, I would need more proof, of course, but if I were responsible for the security of the DNC he would be in my office in the morning answering some questions… I am sure they will get to the bottom on this eventually, and we will know for sure if this was caused by malice, incompetence or negligence.

In the end, I guess what’s good from Donald Trump is right for everyone, so please keep misplacing those Flash Drives.

As a career technology professional, I think leaking information, regardless of morality, is a cardinal sin. If our clients cannot trust us to keep their secrets; who can they,trust? Mishandling a client’s data is inexcusable and unforgivable even if the client is the EVIL DNC (which would never be my client)!

The Iwillvote website has been up since 2008, and has been maintained all this time. It is set to expire in november of this year, so it is probably safe to say that Seth has been working with the DNC for some time now. He graduated from a Jesuit college back in 2011, meaning that he probably got involved with the DNC during his experience at college, typical college activist stuff. Since this was going on around 2008-2012 timeline, there is a possibility that Rich was in contact with Ian Reynolds, who was a senior systems administrator for the DNC from 2009 to 2010, and who has also been involved with "political non-for profits" from 2013 to the present day. ok i opened the two zips, labeld clean and redlined. each folder contains guidlines for voting for the same 25 states. i have so far compared two states, CA and CO. THE ONLY CHANGES between clean and redlined are links that, in the clean versions, point to secretatry of state .gov voter registration and similar service websites ARE BROKEN and NOT HYPERLINKED in the redlined edit. for instance, the CA doc has only two broken links like this, everything else including many other official hyperlinks are left alone and this is the only change. i will continue to confirm this for the rest of the states. the CO doc has a similar thing, only its the county elections office link that has been broken/hyperlink removed, and also a referenced legislation regarding legality of voting persons removed, possibly a legit update of law.

there are two zips, CLEAN and a revised REDLINES. each contains 25 states (the same for each set). although the email issubject: IWillVote Language, very minimal language changes are made. only about half of the edits actually have key phrases redlined (mostly dates and key info). The documents are guidlines for how to vote according to each state procedure. The main changes are the REMOVAL OF LINKS to .gov addresses regarding official procedure. the following is what i gathered from a first pass through comparing the clean (original) to redlined (updated for iwillvote):

There are also scattered changes in referenced legislature regarding the guidlines that are described between the two sets. I assume these are legitimate changes in state/fed voting laws, and the wikileaks email says as much about update from last cycle.

i hope this can shed light on how the iwillvote scam worked. i'd guess that this is at best a shit job someone did, at worst intentional attempt to discourage/misdirect people from going to official .gov voting resources
