Fullderp is a game where one of us declares himself the champ and takes a ragtag team of six Pokemon assembled by anons into an online competitive Pokemon battling simulator!
When the current champ calls "new champ", the first poster to claim it is our champ. The first six legal Pokemon suggested once champ has been claimed or "new team" has been called will be the team our champ uses to battle. In theory: Perhapes Noivern (but it is weak to Xearnes, and it's major attack- BoomBurst- hurts allies in doubles as well). Alakazam, Banette and Gengar megas are also an option- but then they can't hold the Power Herb to get it off in one turn.

Primal G's counter is usually Primal Kyogre/Rayquaza coming out second. Decent Cloud 9 users include Likiliky. There's also Golduck and Altaria. Primal Groudon is Ground/Fire, so SolarBeam will hit neutrally against it. So you need a Cloud 9-er to hit it with water.

If Bannette Mega Snatches Geomancy, it does nothing.
Noivern can also learn Hyper Voice, which doesn't have that drawback, although it's weaker. Although as far as Boomburst goes, putting it next to a Soundproof pokemon or a ghost, or hell, rock and/or steel, would make it work.
As for Geomancy countering, maybe topsy-turvy would be helpful?

With max speed and an adamant nature, you outspeed everything up to uninvested base speed 89. 80 base speed and below is the tier where some people don't give their mons speed EVs, so it's not a bad number to use as a baseline.
HP investment could work, too. Rough 70s across the board means he won't be taking much, but some HP investment could go a long way.
