These discussions depress me.
Not because they are not worth having, but because I observe, here in their natural habitat, those who haven't the wit to comprehend the reality of what they are dealing with.
Chaos is order.
The hidden universe does not care if you find it or not; yet the truth of the world behind the world lies under every leaf and behind every shadow.
From chaos arises self organising systems; they could not form without chaos, as any alternative requires an infinitely recursive explanation which is, at best, meaningless; it is safer to say that chaos is the base state – that is, that chaos is a fundamental characteristic of existence. There is no "before" or "after" chaos; it simply is, as it has always been, and always shall be. As the nature of chaos is, well, chaotic, random or pseudorandom patterns of behaviour emerge without any specific cause. Some of those patterns are self-sustaining; others contain in their own character the ability to create still more self-sustaining patterns.
As above, so below; this phrase applies equally well to hierarchical layers of abstraction as it does to different planes of spiritual existence.
Gods, or whatever one cares to call them, exist just as much in this framework as we; they are evoked from the reality of a thing impinging upon the framework of existence; it is safe to say that even Chaos, itself, has it patron deity, which is, perhaps, him we know as Kek.
If this is the case, then Kek represents ultimate potential; hidden means; unexpected consequences; but above all else, a universal will to power – the inexorable growth of order from chaos, as dictated by the highest law and the deepest nature of the reality which encompasses the universe in which we happen to live.
This, too, explains Kek's love of repeating digits: our behaviour on these boards is chaotic; we all have our own agency, intellect, goals, and means – the only "rule" is a simple incrementing counter, interacting non-deterministically with the particular and momentary behaviours of the men choosing to participate in this Elbonian toenail-whistling discussion board. The only "order" these otherwise meaningless counters can describe is interesting mathematical properties, or interesting visual properties. The same applies to posting times and post IDs, since those, two, are an intersection of randomness and deterministic behaviour.
As Kek is chaos, in a manner of speaking, how that chaos manifests gives us occasional insight into his will, or allows him to choose messengers by which to deliver his intent.
As it is the nature of chaos to birth order, so it is the will of Kek, I think, to guide those who listen to his whispering toward the path of ascension.
