You misunderstand. It reads like you're trying to shit at the game, but are failing at it. For example, let's look at the sentence more closely:
1) In a civil WAR questline, battling the opposing forces in some sense is something one would expect in EVERY quest. You're too vague; you need to explain what exactly you mean by it, otherwise it doesn't sound like a fault
2) as I've said before, "charging a fort" sounds really good; like something one would LIKE to do many times, because you don't explain just how shittily the whole thing is implemented.
3) 14 quests is a lot for a quest line. By not illustrating just how shit the whole thing is, it makes it sound like you're nitpicking a rich questline full of amazing and fun fort assaulting (people may imagine an entire army charging against the castle walls with ladders and battering rams and what not while the scores of archers bring swarms of arrows down at them… because that's what charging a fort IS. What we saw in Skyrim was nothing of the sort).
