UT2k4 Unreal Touhou Mod + Killing Floor:
Not exactly a fangame, but someone's been working on a mod for UT2k4 that pretty much lets you play as 2hu models, we also have it bundled with the OG Killing Floor mod which has been tons of fun to play through.

We have an IRC channel on irc.rizon.net, #2hu8ch which is mainly for tech support purposes and occasionally chatter for games that lack an in-game chat system like Treasure Hunter G or Meddlesome Magician. It's also largely dead because we mostly only use the thread for communication.
General discussion of touhou gameplay is allowed and encouraged, though the main focus is for organizing netplaying matches.
