I think you misunderstand his point. In some states if you have pictures of some family gathering and your niece or w/e happens to be playing naked in the pool the law enforcement considered that child pornography. There was a man who was arrested because the police found pictures of his wife that she had send him some years ago when both were still 15-16. So as soon has he turned 18 the law requires him to delete the pictures of his own soon to be wife. That's crazy abstract law. But that's what we get for buying into the French Revolution meme: abstract laws governing your life instead of a traditional code of morals.
So this guy is advicing ppl to hide innocent pciturs of juveniles. He never said porn or indecent imagery.
