I'm enjoying it on my old3DS despite the shit FPS and the weird enemy render mechanics.
People shit on Musous, for their shallow combat and all that, but it's the way the maps and objectives arew laid out that give them substance.
Dragon Quest Heroes was horrible because the missions were crappy, at least in the beggining that I played. In Hyrule Warriors the missions are more dinamic with multiple sub-objectives, much more fun to play.

I just beat Twilight Princess and fucking hell it was awesome. It felt like a fucking adventure. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get feels like this ever again.

I've played OoT and MM besides TP. Are any of the other Zeldas this good? TP had a really cool dark atmosphere and was a nice squel to the former games. I loved how the Twili were basically revealed to be the creators of Majoras Mask.

Also what is the deal with the fucking adventure map? It is tedious to the max. First you have to get a compass, then you have to use it on the map you wish to complete, then you have to get the right item, use the right item and THEN you can finally get what you wanted.

How the living fuck is this any fun? I really wanted to like the game but the Adventure Mode is just fucking awful.

Linkle's cute and has more going for her than just "Link with Vagina", so she's got some potential if Nintendo ever intends for her to put her in upcoming Zelda games. The material they had with creating her existed beforehand, so it doesn't come out of left field.

Link in Wind Waker for example is one of the Links, but only because he's the protagonist of his respective games. He's not the Hero of Time, just some random kid who had the balls to do what the Hero of Time would've done if he were present, wore a tunic out of tradition, and sorta memed himself into becoming a hero.

You don't need compasses unless it's cryptic horseshit like which tree out of the 8 or 10 shown or which boulder to bomb out of the several shown. If there's a lake and a locked reward, use the recorder, if there's just one boulder and a locked reward bomb it, things like that.

Link Between Worlds was some of the blandest shit ever because of dungeons being designed to be played through in any order with the only requirement being a rental of its item, I'd go for a second LTTP playthrough before I'd go for Link Between Worlds. I'd move that down to third tier. All it's useful for is confirming that humans and the other races can interbreed through the sages being OoT sage descendants

i found it playable, the low framerate didnt bother me much, but it only shows few of the basic mooks at a time and spawns more when you kill a bunch. Thankfully the "kill x00 enemies" missions now give you 20 minutes.

They could have easily made the option to delete it be unavailable if that was the case.

Actually, I was wrong about the reason; the reason it's its own weapon is because you can't upgrade it like other weapons.

For some reason after a friend commented saying Dark Souls was like an adult version of legend of zelda I had a urge to go back and play it. So I decided to play Majoras Mask cause that was the one I couldn't beat back when I was younger, and my brother always mentioned it was the first dark game he's played.
After making it to the half way point I certainly agree. The tone of the game is fantastic in that regards, and the scenes with the giants would've been surreal as all hell back when it was released.
Unfortunately the n64 zelda titles haven't aged well game play wise. I used to play OoT alot during my childhood, but I never realized how much I have to fight with the camera. Its good when you have arena like areas to fight in. On small bridges, the camera going to a wide angle to frame the fight when you lock on is good on paper but in execution its awful. And I completely forgot that the standard first person controls were inverted.
Even worse is when I realized that the game was not optimized well. I never noticed the frame rate of these games dropping this much on the n64, but holy fuck. It makes sense for one of the first 3d consoles, but i seriously appreciate how good consoles are now. They might have no good games to play, but at least people are pushing for 30 or 60 fps. As opposed to 20 fps to 15 when it has to load in a big area with some more intense geometry.
I'm coming up the half way point in the game, I cant figure out how to get into great bay, and I have the gilded sword at least. I'm actually having a great time. The style and presentation of this game have aged stupidly well, just not the gameplay.

After I 100%ed the base game's Adventure Map (Wii U version), I bought the dlc feeling I could still get more fun out of the game. I was excited to see what new challenges awaited on the Master Quest Map. Only to find…
But that was already standard procedure for A-ranking any mission.
But I never bothered with that anyway, because dodging is more useful.

Needless to say I stormed through the Master Quest Map like a battering ram. There were maybe 5 missions that actually required some strategy to A-rank. So tell me, Holla Forums, are the Twilight Princess Map and Majora's Mask Map better? Will you actually need the higher level caps to beat them? Or can you waltz through these as well if all your fighters are at least in their level 90s?

Twilight Princess one is the hardest of the entire game.
Majora's Mask is ok, more difficult than MQ though.
They're worth the price, at least IMO.

I don't want Din and Nayru to be in Hyrule Warriors Legends because I want them to have their own stories in Hyrule Warriors 2 when it includes the fallen hero timeline in story mode.

You looked in the exact wrong place for unlockable characters then. Play Adventure mode which is where 70% of the game's total content is.

Cia nuking the time was the best thing to happen to Hyrule. Because without the limits of the timeline's canon Omega Force and Team Ninja can do whatever the fuck they want. Besides I want to see how Team Ninja turns the oracles into semon demons.
